Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers peeled
1 colored bell pepper (orange, red, or yellow)
2 jalepenos ( seeded)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 bunch cilantro (optional)
1/4 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
Dash of chili powder
Dash of cumin
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Use a food chopper or processor to chop cucumbers, bell pepper, jalepenos, garlic, and onion into small little bits. 
Combine greek yogurt and the juice from lemon & lime. 
Add chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. 
Mix up & pour over veggies.
