Egg Cups

Ingredients:
Eggs or Egg whites

Options to add:
ANY veggies
Black bean
Turkey bacon

Topping/Preparing Options:
Avocado
Low fat cheese
Homemade salsa
Whole wheat wrap
Ezekiel english muffin

Directions:
Pour in muffin pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  I make enough for the whole week and heat them up each morning.
