Healthy Oatmeal




Oatmeal = The super food (Steel cut oats or Rolled oats are better than instant).  

Every morning I have a bowl of oatmeal and hard boiled eggs.  If you don't want to have eggs with it, you can add a scoop of protein powder to your oatmeal instead.





Ingredients:
1 serving steel cut or rolled oats
Almond, Rice, Soy, Skim milk or Water 
(Follow directions for proper serving size)

Choices of flavoring:
Raw Honey or Agave Nectar 
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Cocoa Powder
Natural Peanut Butter or PB2
Stevia

Optional for extra nutrition 
*Add 1-2 Tbsp:
Ground Flax Seed
Wheat Germ
Chia Seed
Bee Pollin
Oatmeal with Eggs
Protein Powder (I like Chocolate Peanut Butter flavored)

Options to top:
Fruit
Nuts
Raisins
