Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale
1-2 tbsp EVOO
Sea Salt

Optional:
Sprinkle with Parmesan, Asiago or your seasonings of choice.

Directions:
Dry kale on paper towel or salad spinner
Preheat oven to 325
Add Olive Oil to Kale
Sprinkle Sea Salt 
Lay out flat on pan
Bake until crisp (about 15 mins)
