Kale, Spinach, Artichoke Dip



Ingredients: 
2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1 carrot
2 cups kale
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Mix together and DIP veggies or a healthy whole wheat chip or bread.
