21 Day Fix EXTREME ~ Dirty 30 REVIEW

It's amazing what can happen when you truly BELIEVE! When you set your mind to something and you just GO FOR IT! Don't worry about how you're going to get there, that part falls into place. Decide to change your life and you never know the possibilities!

I received these Elite flowers delivered to my door from Beachbody Corporate, along with an EXCLUSIVE Elite Coach Sneak Peek Workout DVD of the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 EXTREME! It's from the soon to be released 21 Day Fix EXTREME, coming out on February 2nd!! Ahh the perks of being an Elite Coach! It feels so good to be rewarded for something that I have worked so hard for all year long

I'm obsessed with the original 21 Day Fix workouts and nutrition guide! What I love about it is that it sets you up for lifetime habits! Even if I'm not technically doing the fix, I still follow the nutrition guide almost daily now. I mean, who wants to count calories? Not me! It also is dummy proof when it comes to portion sizes. This program does all that for you! And the best part about the workouts is that they are full of variety!! Strength training, cardio, Pilate's, yoga, etc! {{And it's on sale this month}} Did you know that the 21 Day Fix is America's #1 Fitness and Nutrition Program!? Yep!!

Now Autumn Calabrese, Celebrity Trainer and National Bikini Competitor has stepped it up with the NEW, 21 Day Fix Extreme!!! It's not yet released, but I have an exclusive copy of the Dirty 30 Extreme and I was able to try it out today!!! So I wanted to give you guys a little Review on it!

So, to start, you need a set of light and heavy dumbbells. I was good starting with 5 and 10 pounds! This workout is 30 mins long. There are 3 rounds, 2 exercises each round and each exercise lasts for a minute, along with a 10 second water break in between each (thank goodness!!). There is a modifier in each video, but this is still not a program for beginners! It's quite different from the the original 21 Day Fix. She adds in some new Warm Up moves, so it's different from the get go. Since I've been doing the NEW Insanity Max 30, I will relate it to that when I say, I would have maxed out in the beginning lol this program is INTENSE! There's also lot's of squats, lunges, and booty workouts, which I love, and focuses on the core, arms, and legs all together!

The first workout had my shoulders burning already! And the push up rows are no joke! I'm getting better at these since I've been doing them in Insanity Max 30, but I'll be honest, I had to drop down to my knees half way through! Some of the moves require a lot of balance and focusing on your form! So those of you doing PiYo, you're a step ahead of the rest! If you aren't good with balance, that's ok, you can tap your toe on the ground and get the same effect! And you know she had to add in a Bonus Round!! Wait till you see this bonus!!!!

As Autumn says, 'You don't stop when you're tired, you stop when you're done!' It's all about your mindset!
